With SAICOS Wood Stain H₂O, wood surfaces are effectively and permanently protected from the weather in no time at all. The stain is ideally suited for both new coatings and renovations. The transparent and open-pored water-based wood coating allows the wood to breathe, underlines the natural beauty of the wood and keeps it healthy and elastic. The coating bonds permanently with the wood. Sanding down during renovation is not necessary, even after years. SAICOS Wood Stain H₂O is available in eight decorative transparent shades.

As additional weather and moisture protection against blue stain, rot and wood-damaging insects, we recommend pre-treatment with SAICOS Universal Impregnation for coniferous woods that are susceptible to discolouration.

Processing

SAICOS Wood Stain H₂O is ready to use. Stir well - do not dilute. 1. Apply the first coat evenly in the direction of the wood grain with the SAICOS Surface Brush, SAICOS Aqua Roller or SAICOS Universal Roller "Small" to the dry, cleaned wood. 2.
Drying time: min. 6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Best application temperature between 8° C and 25° C. 3.

Care

Wood treated with SAICOS Wood Stain H₂O does not require any special care.
You can remove light soiling with water. For more stubborn stains, we have developed the following special products for your garden woods: SAICOS Decking Cleaner: for stubborn coatings SAICOS Brush Cleaner: for resin.

In case of weathering, simply apply a new coat of SAICOS Wood Stain H₂O to the wood.
