The extensive service area with clear application videos and technical details provide the user with a lot of background knowledge and increase the time spent on the page. Of course, the site is also mobile optimized to pick up prospective customers on the go. Thanks to the dealer locator, end customers get an overview of the local specialist retailers in their area and can navigate there directly to get comprehensive advice and to purchase SAICOS products.

It’s no longer a secret that our customers use the Internet and social media for this. It was therefore time to revise our website and to bring it up to date both technically and optically. In addition, we are now also active in social media and use these platforms to draw the attention of do-it-yourselfers, too,”says Michael Fischer, Managing Director of SAICOS COLOUR GmbH.

Instagram, Facebook and YouTube have become indispensable when it comes to increasing brand awareness and addressing a young target group. SAICOS is now on the offensive on an independent profile and regularly posts updates about new products, trade fairs and application examples. The strategy is supplemented by selected influencer cooperations with experienced craftsmen and do-it-yourselfers.
In the age of digitization, SAICOS is increasingly focusing on a combination of online and print advertising. Print media remain an important medium in addressing customers. In the eyes of the company, however, they should be supported and expanded by the extension in the online area. The aim here is also to increase reach and raise awareness in the industry and beyond.
