Tillsammans med den v\u00e4lrenommerade maskintillverkaren Axel Wirth har vi arbetat p\u00e5 en vision och skapat den revolutionerande teknologin SAICOS<\/em> LED+X<\/strong>. Det \u00e4r en kombination av ny teknik och b\u00e4sta SAICOS<\/em>-kvalitet.<\/p>\n

LED-tekniken (ljusemitterande diod) anv\u00e4nds idag inom olika branscher och har visat sig vara ett energisn\u00e5lt och mycket effektivt h\u00e4rdningssystem. F\u00f6r att kunna utnyttja dessa egenskaper p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt inom tr\u00e4bearbetningsindustrin har vi f\u00f6rsett den klassiska LED-h\u00e4rdningen med lite extra egenskaper. Tr\u00e4ytor som bestrukits med SAICOS<\/em> LED+X h\u00e5rdvaxolja<\/strong> \u00e4r resistenta och rept\u00e5liga och kan f\u00f6rpackas genast. Och det kan ske vid l\u00e5ga temperaturer under produktionen (s\u00e4rskilt bra f\u00f6r barrtr\u00e4), under l\u00e5g energif\u00f6rbrukning f\u00f6r l\u00e5ng h\u00e5llbarhet – och naturligtvis ozonfritt.
