Floors in these rooms can be treated and coated just like a floor in the living room. Due to the higher humidity in these rooms, however, more treatment is required. For raw parquet floors, we recommend priming with the SAICOS Wood Impregnation Biocide-Free<\/em><\/a>. If you want to have wood flooring in the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom for a long time, you cannot do without regular parquet care and cleaning.<\/p>\n

What you should consider when using parquet cleaner and care products:<\/h4>\n

The first step in holistic care is cleaning with a suitable parquet cleaner. It is generally not advisable to use household agents such as neutral or vinegar cleaners as parquet cleaners. These can damage the wood or leave stains.<\/p>\n

Oiled or painted parquet floor? Depending on the coating, different cleaning agents are required. Because especially when it comes to oiled wood, the parquet cleaner must be matched to the oil, otherwise it can lead to unsightly stains. For lacquered floors, it is advisable to choose a parquet cleaner with the exact gloss level that your wooden floor currently has. Our tip: If you are unsure, test the cleaner in an inconspicuous area.<\/p>\n

If you have decided on a cleaning agent, always follow the instructions found on the parquet cleaner.<\/p>\n
